Week 2 Reading Overview

Epic Poem Beowulf: Source
I am super excited about the stories that I have chosen, as I feel most of them will be fun to read. I tried choosing stories that involved animals or wildlife, as I really enjoy those types of stories. I also got to see some stories about the Cherokees, and I am interested to read them and discuss with my grandfather to see if he knows or remembers them. I also think it will be interesting to read the Italian stories after visiting, to maybe gain more insight on their culture. Overall, I am really looking forward to reading and am ready for Week 3! I chose the photo of Beowulf because this is the story I am most excited for. I had heard about the movie and hope to watch it after reading to compare it to the story.
